Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office area, ensuring a seamless and efficient service for all guests.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, in line with the hotel's standards.
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring that all special requests are handled with care and attention.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery across the hotel.
  • Monitor and manage front desk budgets, including staffing levels, to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all front desk procedures and policies are up-to-date and in line with the hotel's standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
