Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Deputy Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Development: Coach and develop your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Leadership: Lead by example, managing junior managers and sales team members to achieve business objectives.
- Store Operations: Nurture a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the store is always well-organized and visually appealing.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit and train new talent to join our team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Management: Set goals, achieve targets, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Visual Merchandising: Create exciting new store displays that showcase our products in an attractive and appealing way.
- Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven individual who is passionate about retail and customer service. You should have a proven track record of leadership, a keen eye for detail, and commercial acumen.
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and junior management staff. You will be expected to motivate and develop your team, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
