Deputy Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at Mono-Brand Boutiques. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing our team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, and to develop and implement operational plans
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager who has a proven track record in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
