We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at JACK & JONES in Glasgow Fort. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work in partnership with the Store Management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • As a role model to the team, drive a great atmosphere in store and promote a positive work environment
  • Analyze sales figures on a daily basis and make informed commercial decisions to drive business growth
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations

**Requirements**

  • Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Passion for our product and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Taking ownership and driving results with a commercial mindset
  • Not afraid of a challenge and change
