We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR strategy across the organization, ensuring that it contributes to our goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Administer payroll and maintain employee records
  • Interpret and advise on employment law
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and support performance management
  • Negotiate with employees and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform HR decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
