About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Manage and enhance our company website to ensure it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
  • Leverage digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement, including social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilising data to refine and optimise strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and web management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative.
