About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Route-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Manage social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilizing data to refine and optimize strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and web management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative.
  • Passionate about water sports and the lifestyle it represents.
