Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive our brand elevation and implement effective go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about building brand awareness and driving business growth through creative and effective marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Brand Management: Develop and execute strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Route-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive route-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Website Management: Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement, managing social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, collaborating with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilizing data to refine and optimize strategies.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a relevant industry such as sports or apparel.
- A strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and web management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative.
Our Recruitment Team will review applications, and all candidates will receive a response, whether successful or unsuccessful. If successful, we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team, which will be more technically focused and could include a presentation/task to see your skills in action.
