Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Lead to join our team at General Dynamics Mission Systems - United Kingdom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our engineering team and ensuring the successful development and management of our systems, equipment, people, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of engineers to achieve product quality and technical scope within cost and schedule constraints.
  • Ensure a through-life perspective is taken in the development and management of systems, equipment, people, and processes.
  • Elicit the latest requirements from our customers and overcome engineering challenges.
  • Apply focus to maintain and improve system performance and delivery.
