- Proven experience in a senior nursing leadership role, with a track record of delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement clinical and professional standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive improvement.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement principles.
