Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the property division.
- Provide essential support to ensure optimal efficiency for fee-earners.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Oversee temporary administrative staff and interns.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answer phone calls professionally, taking clear messages for timely follow-up.
- Organize and maintain filing systems in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars.
- Generate conveyancing quotes for potential clients.
- Utilize the Land Registry Portal for document requests and applications.
- Draft initial correspondence for property transactions.
- Prepare and send Sale Contracts along with necessary documentation.
- Handle basic inquiries effectively.
- Prepare for completion of transactions, including necessary documentation and communication with relevant parties.
- Ensure all client documentation remains confidential.
- Assist with the organization of meetings and maintain an updated calendar.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
