About the Role

The Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, undertaking pre-employment checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Help manage employee queries, assist in the preparation of HR documents, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including intranet updates, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the HR database and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and support compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
