Reed, a leading recruitment agency, is currently supporting a client in need of a temporary Accounts Administrator to assist with an additional workload for two months. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator role include:
- Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices
- Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices
- Scanning invoices into the system
- Sending out remittance advices
- Maintaining the accounts email inbox
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork
While prior experience as an Accounts Administrator is not required, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for numbers and accounts or be studying towards an accountancy qualification. The role requires full commitment to an office-based position, and the candidate must be available to start work without notice.
