Accounts Administrator Job Description

Office Angels is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in the Construction industry. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices, ensuring timely payment and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Data Entry: Update and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Support with Invoice Backlog: Assist in clearing any backlog of invoices, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Additional Duties: Provide support to the Finance Manager and team as needed, helping with various tasks.
  • Working on Sage 50 Software: Utilise your knowledge of Sage 50 software to perform accounting and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Sage 50 software (though not essential)
  • Basic accounts experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
