We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Financial Assistant to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Our client is a thriving company in need of someone to handle their financial administration duties with efficiency and precision. As a Financial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's financial operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry.
- Add suppliers onto our online portal and update information as needed.
- Monitor the accounts inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the finance manager, such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial or similar role is desired but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Proficient in data entry and using computer systems effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
