Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Support Administrator to become a vital part of our team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer communication through both written correspondence and telephone interactions, collaborating closely with a supportive team and a Customer Service Manager.
Comprehensive training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties (70%):
- Accurately document data entries in the system reflecting customer inquiries and our recommendations.
- Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring thorough and precise communication is logged in the Repair Management System.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
- Participate in shared manual and administrative tasks on a rota basis.
- Demonstrate proven administrative skills, including proficiency in customer service and issue resolution.
- Exhibit excellent customer interaction skills, providing high-quality service through both written and verbal communication.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers clearly and professionally.
