Exciting Opportunity for a Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Legal Secretary to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our commercial property department, you will provide administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth flow of documents and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Production: Produce various legal documents, statements, and forms using copy typing or digital dictation.
  • File Management: Manage files, including opening and closing files, and filing all documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide diary management, organize internal and external meetings, and ensure the efficient flow of documents and correspondence.
  • IT Skills: Utilize MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with a case management system or practice management system.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Secretary.
  • Solid IT skills in MS Office packages and experience working with a case management system or practice management system.
  • Experience supporting within the property department (real estate or residential) of a legal firm is an advantage.

  • Competitive salary: £24,000 to £26,500 / £27,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
