Administrative Support Specialist

RSK Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a full-time, permanent role that will provide administrative support to multiple divisions, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including formatting documents, collating information, and data analysis. They will also be responsible for managing board room availability, receiving goods, and coordinating staff to offload deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to include formatting of letters and reports, collating documents, and data analysis.
- Manage board room availability and receive goods to the office.
- Coordinate staff to offload deliveries and manage PPE stock control.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and raise Purchase Orders.
- Check and approve supplier invoices.
Person Specification:
- Accurate and numerate.
- High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, with senior managers, peers, and clients.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.
Salary and Benefits:
- £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
