Position: Pension Administration Specialist
Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

As a Pension Administration Specialist, you will report directly to the Office Manager and play a crucial role in providing technical assistance for the organization's management information system, ensuring seamless operations for staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management, configuration, and enhancement of the pension systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of all participant and beneficiary data.
  • Lead annual operational processes, including data rollovers.
  • Manage the editing, matching, and uploading of participant documentation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for both new and existing personnel on the management information system.
  • Collaborate with IT support to diagnose and resolve system performance issues.
  • Assign participants to appropriate plans and services.
  • Address inquiries related to data access and processing.
  • Oversee secure data disposal procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Project Management.
  • Proficient in data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with the operational environment and existing MIS challenges.
