Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the efficient operation of the cash desk and supervise cashiers to maintain high standards of customer service.

- Compile and amend rotas to ensure the cash desk is adequately staffed at all times.
- Deal with staffing issues and queries in the absence of the Cash Desk Manager.
- Previous experience working at a cash desk in a supervisory role.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Possession of a Personal Functional Licence (or appropriate gaming licence).
