Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction-based business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule works to sub-contractors
- Provide strong administrative office and accounts support
- Coordinate with the management team to effectively handle office activities
- Use CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) - Training provided
- Perform other relevant administration tasks
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Working in a construction-based company
- Previous XERO experience would be advantageous
- Attention to detail and time-keeping skills
- Multitasking between works
- Ability to organize a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
- 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)
