Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction-based business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Organize and schedule works to sub-contractors
  • Provide strong administrative office and accounts support
  • Coordinate with the management team to effectively handle office activities
  • Use CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) - Training provided
  • Perform other relevant administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Working in a construction-based company
  • Previous XERO experience would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail and time-keeping skills
  • Multitasking between works
  • Ability to organize a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)
  • Pension
