The Role:

Rainham Steel, a leading UK steel stockholder, is seeking a full-time permanent Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to join their team at their Head office in Rainham, Essex.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and organized individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They will have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Performing basic administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents
  • Answering the main switchboard and directing calls
  • Providing support to the team and management
  • Assisting with numeric data entry and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Receiving full training on in-house computer systems
