Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and schedule work for sub-contractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) to manage client relationships, track interactions, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Accounts and Finance: Assist with accounts and finance tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in administration, preferably in a construction-based company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with XERO.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
- Holiday Entitlement: 20 days holiday + bank holidays (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown).
