About the Role

Rainham Steel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Administrator to join their team at their Head office in Rainham, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including emails, post, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Answer the main switchboard and direct calls to the relevant departments.
  • Perform numeric data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements
