Position Overview:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic and supportive team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to compliance standards.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:
Hourly rate of £13.84, translating to an annual salary of £27,000. This position is initially temporary for 6 months, with potential for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance delivery and promote safe working practices.
- Maintain and manage the daily data log of compliance documentation.
- Provide monthly reports from ISO trackers to monitor compliance across various sites.
- Collaborate closely with the Training and Compliance Coordinator to facilitate internal audits.
- Assist in managing document version control for all site-related documents.
- Support the organization of training sessions and oversee the training matrix in the absence of the Training & Compliance Coordinator.
- Perform all other necessary administrative tasks.

Benefits:

Experience Required:
