Key Responsibilities
Your Role Will Include:
- Work alongside the management team on organizational matters, including insurance, utilities, and subscriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule trainers and consultant trainers effectively.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for courses, ensuring a proactive approach to outreach.
- Conduct regular evaluations and reviews of staff training.
- Organize meetings and events at our headquarters, ensuring smooth operations.
- Welcome and engage with course participants, delivering an outstanding experience.
- Manage client inquiries, provide quotes, and maintain our purchase tracking.
- Coordinate course bookings with awarding bodies and ensure compliance with all course documentation.
- Draft training agreements and maintain ongoing communication with the management team.
