Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Organize and schedule works with sub-contractors to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide strong administrative support to our management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the management team to effectively handle office activities, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Utilize CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) to track customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the business.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience working in a construction-based company or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in XERO or similar accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
- 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown).
