Sales Administrator

Efficiently generate and manage enquiry leads to maximise the commercial office space rental
- Qualify large incoming enquiries for effective quoting
- Foster client relationships to secure repeat business
- Host client tours and meetings, provide quotations, and convert enquiries into bookings
- Ensure clients receive an unforgettable experience, resulting in repeat business and a strong reputation
- Handle client and team feedback professionally and proactively
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours (generally Monday to Friday)
- Organise, host, and attend sales events and shows
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Practice efficient revenue and diary management in consultation with the business development team.
**About You**:
- Proven track record of experience in sales admin role
- Natural salesperson, ambitious, self-motivated, proactive & proactive attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised and willingness to be accountable for the performance of the sales & events
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective prioritising of workload is essential
- Excellent verbal, organisational and communication skills
- Prospecting & client research, identifying sales opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Fresh graduates can be considered for the position.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, learn and develop skills on CRM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Be motivated, self-disciplined, energetic and assertive, team player
- Be a natural networker and presenter
- Have a knowledge of sales admin role and eager to learn swiftly
- Can do and positive attitude at all times
- Excellent organisational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills within internal and external clients
- Understands the importance of sales and revenue, and the demand calendar
