Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to engage with both new and existing clients, introducing them to our wide range of training courses, guiding them to the best options for their needs and managing the booking process end-to-end.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual with a passion for sales and an interest in professional training and development. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily, and be self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and proactive approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within a training, certification, or accreditation-focused environment. Familiarity with training courses or accreditation programs is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to complete administrative tasks related to course bookings and maintain data accuracy and compliance.
