Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of the William Blake Group team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in the Nordic region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to close deals.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
