Nordic Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of the William Blake Group team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to close deals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
