Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our London store and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the outdoor or fashion sector
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of sales staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPOS systems
