Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our London store and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, building a high-performing sales team, and contributing to the overall success of Nordic Outdoor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 10 staff, including an experienced Assistant Manager, to achieve sales targets and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Buying and Marketing teams to ensure in-store displays and promotions align with company objectives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures, including cash handling and EPOS system management.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Strong merchandising skills and ability to create engaging in-store displays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPOS system management.
