Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at Lawson Clark Recruitment. As a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities help desk and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate office and furniture moves, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Perform minor DIY tasks and simple maintenance problems to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with day-to-day issues that may arise in a busy office setting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities role, preferably in a law firm or similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic DIY skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £38,000 for a 6-month contract, working with a reputable law firm in the City of London.
