Working Hours / Details:
- Standard office hours

- Maintaining electronic logbooks for planned preventative maintenance.
- Generating purchase orders and coordinating orders for engineers and subcontractors.
- Preparing and processing quotes for client approval.
- Following up on pending quotes to ensure timely responses.
- Establishing new maintenance contracts and manuals.
- Handling correspondence and certificates for clients.
- Managing contract renewals efficiently.
- Collaborating with supervisors to organize engineers' schedules.
- Digitally archiving all relevant documents and ensuring proper uploads.
- Experience in a facilities management setting.
- Background in finance-related tasks such as quotations, invoicing, and purchase orders.
