CBW is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team, focusing on supporting one of our esteemed clients. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of facilities management.

Working Hours / Details:
  • Standard office hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Office-based position
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with clients and subcontractors to organize appointments and manage access.
  • Utilizing proprietary software for scheduling and diary management.
  • Maintaining electronic logbooks for planned preventative maintenance.
  • Generating purchase orders and coordinating orders for engineers and subcontractors.
  • Preparing and processing quotes for client approval.
  • Following up on pending quotes to ensure timely responses.
  • Establishing new maintenance contracts and manuals.
  • Handling correspondence and certificates for clients.
  • Managing contract renewals efficiently.
  • Collaborating with supervisors to organize engineers' schedules.
  • Digitally archiving all relevant documents and ensuring proper uploads.
Qualifications:
