About the Role

Certara is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools to meet the needs of our business
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users on the use of Atlassian tools
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to business problems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Atlassian tools and recommend improvements for their optimal usage
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd)
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
  • Experience with research and development of Atlassian technologies
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
