Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Officer, you will be assigned to various teams to perform a range of general administrative tasks that facilitate the progression of cases through the court and tribunal systems.

Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing documentation and files for court sessions, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
  • Generating court and tribunal documents.
  • Conducting general photocopying and filing tasks.
  • Updating and maintaining records within the internal computer system, including data entry.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinating the booking, preparation, and organization of meeting spaces.
  • Drafting meeting agendas, joining instructions, and supplementary materials.

Additionally, you will assist in courtroom management, which includes:

  • Supporting the judge and ensuring the courtroom operates efficiently, with all participants in their designated places.
  • Implementing updates and keeping the judge informed.
  • Preparing all necessary case documents to ensure the judge is thoroughly equipped for court proceedings.
