Relief Support Worker Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Lawley. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by providing person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a consistent and coordinated service for our residents.
  • Deliver respectful personal care, practical assistance, and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with residents based on empathy, respect, and understanding.
Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in a support work role is essential for this position.
