About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Meaningful Relationships: Establish warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns.
  • Collaborative Support: Work in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to their individual needs.
  • Recovery Focused Support: Help service users develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration.
  • Respecting Service User Rights: Respect the service users' right to privacy, ensuring their dignity is maintained at all times.
  • Supporting Tenancy Management: Advise and support service users in all aspects of managing their tenancy and maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home.
Requirements
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and support.
  • Ability to work in a bright, friendly environment.
  • Previous care experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
