In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals with mental health support needs to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with service users, building trusting relationships based on respect, empathy, and understanding.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate warm and supportive connections with service users, encouraging open communication and active participation in their care plan.
  • Collaborate with service users throughout their recovery journey, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and aspirations.
  • Assist service users in setting achievable goals and developing personalized support plans that promote hope and self-sufficiency.
  • Uphold the dignity and privacy of each service user, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued at all times.
  • Provide guidance and support to service users in managing their tenancy, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment, and addressing daily living needs.
