Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident autonomy and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and preferences
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on mental health topics and self-care strategies

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
