**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users, fostering an environment of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Collaborate with service users to identify and achieve their recovery-focused support goals, promoting hope and empowerment.
  • Provide personalized support to service users, respecting their autonomy and dignity at all times.
  • Work in partnership with service users to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing person-centered care and support, with a strong commitment to empowering individuals with mental health needs. Previous experience in care and support is not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
