**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide dignified and respectful care and support to assist with personal care needs.
  • Encourage and support individuals to learn new skills and increase their independence and self-esteem.
  • Support individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including making and attending health appointments.
  • Assist the registered manager in completing essential documents, including support plans, risk assessments, and training records.
  • Shared responsibility for coaching and deploying staff and managing rotas.
  • Liaise with family members, professionals, and commissioners.
  • Will to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

**Requirements**

  • Well-organized and conscientious individual with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly on a rota, undertaking early, late, and weekend duties as required.
  • Participation in a local on-call rota.
