**About the Role**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Male Recovery Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users, fostering an environment of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Collaborate with service users to identify and achieve their recovery-focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration.
  • Provide personalized support to service users, respecting their autonomy and dignity at all times.
  • Advise and support service users in managing their tenancy, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment.
  • Work in partnership with service users to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
