Job Title: Recovery Support Worker

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.

About the Role:
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns.
  • Work in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to their individual needs.
  • Help service users develop recovery-focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration.
  • Respect service users' right to privacy, ensuring their dignity is maintained at all times.
  • Advise and support service users in all aspects of managing their tenancy and maintaining the safety, hygiene, and comfort of their home.
