**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in Lawley, Telford. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to enjoy an excellent quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
  • Provide respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support to service users
  • Work flexibly in shifts over weekends and bank holidays
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Participate in shift work, including daytime and waking night shifts
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in support work is essential for this role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and other needs
