Administrative and Operations Coordinator

Location: Market Drayton

Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 based on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 7am – 4pm (early finish on Fridays)

Prince Personnel is collaborating with a reputable manufacturing firm seeking an Administrative and Operations Coordinator to enhance their team.

This role is ideal for a dedicated team player who is willing to assist across various departments to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming office calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Support administrative functions including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations across all areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and logistics coordination as required.
  • Handle purchasing of stock when necessary.
  • Update databases with quality control data and ensure adherence to quality control protocols.
  • Engage in basic account management with clients to build rapport.
  • Update the company website with new content (optional, with potential for additional marketing responsibilities).
  • Provide support in the production area when needed.
  • Occasionally utilize the company van for urgent deliveries (typically managed by couriers, but may require your assistance for small urgent items).
  • Be prepared to offer additional support during holidays or absences to assist the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to various roles within the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
