Job Summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team in Market Drayton. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including scheduling, booking, and completion of maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fleet maintenance schedules, including servicing and MOTs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, Culina Asset Management, and Transport Operations Teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Monitor and track vehicle maintenance and repair work, including ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all company vehicles, including maintenance and repair history.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, including metrics on fleet maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize fleet operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fleet management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fleet administration or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
