Job Overview

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Fleet Administration Coordinator within our organization. This position is a full-time, permanent role that plays a crucial part in our operational success.

Compensation: Up to £32,000 per annum, based on experience.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

In the role of Fleet Administration Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all maintenance and repair activities for the fleet. This includes collaboration with external vendors, asset management teams, and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date fleet maintenance schedules, including servicing and inspections. Verify that all scheduled maintenance events are booked and completed. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage vehicle maintenance and repairs. Track all vehicles undergoing service to ensure timely updates on any delays. Ensure that compliance documentation is received and properly recorded. Keep accurate and current records for all company vehicles. Conduct audits of fleet records and databases to ensure completeness and accuracy. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Prepare and present performance statistics for meetings and discussions. Monitor compliance performance reports and address any discrepancies. Assist with investigations related to missing mileage. Participate in supplier performance review meetings and present relevant data.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in fleet administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. Capability to work independently without direct supervision. Proficient in managing workload efficiently under pressure. Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
