The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Transport department, including:

  • Administrative and Data Entry Tasks
    • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our systems for Work Time Directive (WTD) and tachograph rules and regulations.
    • Monitoring and maintaining records for agency drivers, processing invoices using SAP, and keeping accurate records of agencies' terms and conditions.
  • Driver Management and Record-Keeping
    • Inputting and monitoring drivers' holidays and sickness absence, maintaining the time-keeping and attendance system, and processing sick notes.
    • Regularly updating the WTD system to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Operational Support
