We are seeking a Junior Financial Associate who is eager to launch their career in finance. A genuine passion for Accountancy and a commitment to pursuing ACCA studies after the initial probation period are essential. If you fit this description, here’s what we require:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE in Maths & English, grade B or above / grade 6 or above
  • Strong Maths qualifications beyond GCSE
  • Preferably a 2:1 degree or higher in accounting & finance, mathematics, economics, or business (not mandatory)
  • Level 3 & 4 AAT qualifications are also accepted (not mandatory)

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
